What started as a simple show called ‘Something About a Soldier’, the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo has grown over the last 70 years to become one of the most iconic cultural events in the calendar, both in Scotland and across the globe.
A celebration of dance, music, tradition and culture as performed by military performers from around the world. Every year nearly a quarter of a million visitors come to experience the atmosphere, while a further 100m tune in from around the world.
