We were instructed to provide independent consultancy, advisory and evaluation services to a Global Airline on two potential Premier League Football Clubs sponsorship proposals.

• Analysis on sponsorship benefits on offer
• Assessment of partner ecosystem at both clubs
Consultancy & Advisory
We supported and advised the negotiation team on their discussions with both Premier League Clubs. Including but not limited to benefits offered, payment structure, deliverables and identifying additional sponsorship rights and areas of additional benefit to the airline.
We presented a detailed report and recommendations including:
• Detailed analysis, commentary and assessment on both deals presented to the airline
• Verification on chosen sponsorship property
• Insight based recommendations and reasoning
• Suggested areas of added value within both deals
• Recommendations on partnership management & KPI’s
• Recommendations on activation budgets & plans
